Password Reset

Network admins can change any user's password via the management console, as well as change their own password from the Sign In page. Non-administrative users, however, can only change their password once signed in to Zello. Instructions for each scenario are discussed below. 

Admins: Reset Your Own Password 

1) Go to yournetworkname.zellowork.com. Select Forgot Password, and enter the email associated with your Zello account. Click Confirm Reset

3) Keep an eye on your email. We'll send a secure link that'll allow you to reset your password.

Admins: Reset a Team Member's Password

1) From the management console, select the Users tab. Then, select the intended account from the user list.

2) From the top of user screen, select Change Password. Enter a new password for this user, and ensure they're informed of the change.

Users: Change Your Password

Users can change their password via their app’s settings. Please note this requires users to sign in to their account to reset their password; if you’ve forgotten your password, contact your network admin.

1) Open Zello and tap your user profile (top left corner of the screen).

2) Tap your user icon. Then, select Change password

3) Enter both your current password and your new password. When done, tap Change Password
