Network admins can cancel their Zello Work subscriptions via the management console. For instructions on modifying your subscription, see this article. 

1. 1) Log in to the management console (yournetworkname.zellowork.com) and select Billing from the taskbar. 
   
   
   
2. 2) Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page. Click the Cancel my subscription link, under the Subscription Plan section. Then click Confirm.
