"Invalid Network" error on Dispatch Hub

This article is written for: Zello Work Zello Friends & Family.

Dispatch Hub requires that you be a user on an active Zello Work network. Please ensure that you're entering the correct network name when signing in to Dispatch Hub. Next, confirm it's spelled correctly. If you're still having issues signing in after that:

  • Non-admins Please contact your Zello administrator to ask for the correct network name.
  • Admins – Your network name can be found in the URL you use to sign in to the Management Console. In the following screenshot, for example, that URL would be originalnetwork.zellowork.com.
