Dispatch Hub can automatically close idle calls after a set period of inactivity. The feature is not enabled by default–you must enable it in the application's settings for calls to be auto-closed.

Enable Auto-Close of Active Calls

  1. Sign in to Dispatch Hub with your username, password, and network name.
  2. From your device's task bar, select Zello. Then select Settings.

  3. From the General section, click the Close idle active calls setting. Configure the period of inactivity as needed.

Upon configuration, active calls will automatically close after the selected period of inactivity (meaning there have been no inbound/outbound calls)

Important to note: There is currently no indication that the call was closed automatically. The call will disappear from the active list.
