Currently, only the Username shows up for active users in the Dispatch Hub app. If you would like to see Display Names instead, you can simply create a Hidden channel for these users. 

1. Log in to your management console at networkname.zellowork.com
2. Click Channels
3. Create a new Hidden channel
4. Add all users (drivers and dispatchers) in the dispatch channel that you’d like to see display names for into the new Hidden channel

It’s important to note that these users (besides the users logged into Dispatch Hub) will now have the ability to speak one on one with this configuration.
