There are two versions of Zello: Zello Work, our secure, configurable, and scalable solution for businesses, and Zello Friends & Family, our non-commercial, free social media platform. Users are welcome to have accounts on both versions to take full advantage of all Zello has to offer.

To switch from a Zello Friends & Family to a Zello Work account, follow the instructions below.

• 1. Tap the vertical dots icon in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Select Options.

  3. Select Accounts.

  4. Tap the + icon in the bottom right corner.

  5. Select Zello Work.

  6. Sign into your Zello Work account using your username, password, and network name.

  

• 1. Tap your profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.

  2. Select Accounts.

  3. Tap the + icon in the top right corner.

  4. Select Add an existing account.

  5. Select Zello Work.

  6. Sign into your Zello Work account using your username, password, and network name.
