Notice: Starting with version 2.50, instead of [username's] historydata, user's history for ZelloWork for PC will store history in a database named username_db. While we recommend every user upgrade to 2.50, if you are still using a previous version, the instructions below will assist you in locating history files:

In versions of ZelloWork prior to 2.50, the history will be stored in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Zello for Work [Zello network name]\

For example:

If the windows user is an administrator, the path for the "admin" user under the "Mesh" network name will be: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Zello for Work Mesh\admin's HistoryData

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Zello for Work Mesh\admin's HistoryItems

History is stored in 2 files: 

<username> HistoryData -- voice data <username> HistoryItems -- index

You can backup these files from different PCs for archiving purposes then use our history tool to parse conversations into media files. For more information, see out History Tool Guide.
