With Zello's shared devices function, multiple users can sign in to their Zello accounts on a singular device. When a user leaves the company or gets a new device, their account can be removed using the steps below.
Deleting Accounts on an Android Device
- Sign in to Zello Work with your username, password, and network name.
- Tap the app menu (3 vertical dots in the screen's upper-right corner) and go to Accounts > Options
- Long press the username you'd like to remove. Then tap Remove.
Please note: The user's account will still be active on the network; this process only deletes an account from a specific device. The account can be logged in to on other devices.
Deleting Accounts on an iOS Device
- Sign in to Zello Work with your username, password, and network name.
- Open the app's menu by tapping your user icon (top-left corner of the screen). Then tap Accounts.
- Swipe left on the account you'd like to delete.
