Network administrators can enable Zello’s User Profile Picture setting through the management console.

  • Users can change their own profile pictures in the app. Admins can change profile pictures for all network users in the management console.

Benefit of this feature

The inclusion of profile pictures is yet another way to ensure users know who they are speaking with. Furthermore, adding pictures to both user profiles and channels will enhance recognition of the intended message recipient. This is especially beneficial when using Zello’s search function to find the recipient, as users can quickly identify the channel/contact.
