Why am I receiving an 'Invalid password or username' message when I sign in to Zello?

If you're positive you're correctly entering your username and password, next confirm you're signing in to Zello Work rather than Zello.

If that doesn't work, it is best to reach out to your network admin for confirmation that you've been added to your company's Zello Work network.
