New Zello Work networks automatically include a contact called echo that can be used to test the quality of your device's audio.

Using Echo to Test Audio

From the Contacts tab, select echo to open the talk screen.

From the echo talk screen, press and hold the PTT button to record a message. The message will then be played back to you.

Keeping echo as a contact counts as an additional user in your network. You can delete echo from your contacts list if desired.
