Adjusting the number of users on a subscription

  • Updated

This article is written for: Zello Work Zello Friends & Family.

Admins who are paying for their Zello Work subscription with a credit card can adjust the number of users on their subscription plan directly from the management console.

Please note: If your subscription is managed in-app—i.e. it was purchased through either Apple's App Store or the Google Play store—see this article

To adjust the number of users for your network:

  1. Sign in to the management console (yournetworkname.zellowork.com) and select Billing from the taskbar.
  2. Adjust the number of users in the count box as needed.users and gateways 3.png

Billing

Keep in mind that your Zello subscription is based on the maximum capacity of your network. This means your payment plan is calculated based on the number of users indicated on the billing page— not the actual number of configured or active user.

For example, if you have 250 users allocated on the subscription plan but only 100 actively configured on the network, you will still be billed for 250 users. See our pricing page for more information.

If you've added users, your next invoice will reflect this increase; if you've reduced the number of users in your subscription, your invoice will be pro-rated for the next billing period to reflect the reduction. Please contact paidsupport@zello.com for questions or concerns.
